Portfolio of Projects and Clients

We have been giving help to clients from different fields since 1997 -- small and big business, NGOs and multilateral institutions. Here's a list of what we've been doing with some of our clients:

Client Name Client Description How we helped them:

1. Asian Development Bank.

eBoard Intranet

Multilateral development bank.

Mission: to fight poverty in Asia.

  • Expert Advice. We assisted ADB Knowledge Management Center in studying and recommending courses of action for their Intranet/Portal, collaboration tools and web-based GIS mapping.
  • Development. We also help them develop tools and strategies for improving knowledge sharing and collaboration.

2. Haribon. http://www.haribon.org.ph

Haribon Foundation

Award-winning environmental organization.

Mission: promote environmental awareness and positive action on biodiversity.

  • We made it easy for them to manage their website content.
  • Maintaining their old website involved going through a third party company who uploaded content from them -- a slow process that led to stale content, which meant low visitor hit rates.
  • Using an open souce content management system (CMS) we deployed for them, Haribon can now update its own content frequently.
  • This has allowed Haribon to share more fresh knowledge, improving their readership and increasing member activity.

3. Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Philippines.

LGPMS

Government agency.

Mission: take care of managing local governments in the Philippines.

  • Web Applications Development. A web-based system to monitor and share local government performance. Also known as the LGPMS Project (Local Governance Performance Measurement System).
  • Includes web-based charting tools and graphics.
  • Built on LAMP: Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP.
  • View demo here.

4. Globe Telecom.

Cellular phone giant.
  • We helped Globe revise their old, slow intranet into a fast, interactive site. The faster, more stable site caused raves from employees and management, and boosted collaboration.
  • We continue to build custom modules for Globe to help improve communication and sharing.

5. InterPress Service (IPS). http://ipsnewsasia.net/

International media organization.
  • We helped IPS transform their various static websites into easy-to-update, dynamic websites.
  • This empowered journalists to upload their own content, instantly.
6. National Water Resources Board
Government Agency.

Mission: take care of the country's water resources, through policies and regulation.

  • Client had a felt need to break divisional/departmental barriers and start sharing information.
  • We provided workshops on business process innovation, change management for KM, and how the intranet and other IT tools help improve knowledge management.
  • Mentored them in deploying their own intranet, as a focal tool for nurturing KM in their organization.
  • In partnership with Center for Conscious Living Foundation, Inc (CCLFI). Funded by Philippines-Australia Human Resources Development Fund.
