Attached are news reports from Cebu Daily News and The Freeman regarding the talk, plus Ben C's outline. Interestingly, Cebu Daily News picked up the optimistic message while Freeman emphasized the obstacles to going online.
We think Freeman did not really listen closely to the implications, since Ben C talked about the online market, which is not just in Cebu but all over the Philippines and the world. This would include OFWs and other migrant Filipinos who wish to send presents to relatives in the Philippines. Ironically, the Freeman reporter did not interview Ben C for clarifications.
